Benefits of Using Liquid & Gas Simulation

Development of Operating Procedures

Another area in which difficulties arise before a system is operational is in the development of operational procedures.

Very often these are developed from investigation of plans of the facility and the ‘expected’ way the plant will be operated. By using a simulated model of the system the correct procedures can be developed to suit the actual plant requirements whilst the main plant is being constructed and before the final system becomes operational. This then ensures that likely startup problems are identified and hence minimized and that all operations are conducted in a safe and hazard free environment from the beginning.
