Malfunctions

These can be divided into generic malfunctions (failure of valves, pumps, controllers etc, leaks), which can be reused, and more specific malfunctions (icing up of condensers, high dew point in I.G. etc.) which have to be programmed specifically.

Note the term 'malfunctions' does not include incorrect operation of the system. The model is designed to cope with "anything" an operator does (short of serious damage to the real system).
