MAXIM 100

Download Maxim 100 Demo

Simulates a typical Electrical Power Generation Plant and monitoring. It comprises two (diesel driven) alternators with manual or automatic voltage control and a choice of resistive, capacitive or inductive loads. The alternators may be interconnected using a virtual synchroscope and adjusted to share Real and Reactive Powers. A third power source such as a Grid is also available. Each alternator has start/stop and speed raise/lower controls and you can set important values such as the R, C and L loads, frequency droop and alternator characteristics.

Point and click to operate any of the Generator controls and Circuit Breakers. Hear the sound of the 1MW Generators start up and take load, Circuit Breaker operation and Out-of-phase Synchronization.
