Simulator Models

The SAfeCargo and WISE systems are the only liquid cargo simulators available with models which cover every aspect of the handling of bulk liquids both ashore and afloat.

Standard models currently available include:

  • 275 000dwt Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC)
  • 150 000dwt double hull Crude Oil / Products Tanker
  • 135 000m3 Spherical Containment Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Carrier
  • 22 000m3 fully refrigerated Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Carrier
  • 15 700dwt IMO 1 & IMO 2 Chemical Tanker
  • 114 000dwt Floating Production Storage & Off loading Facility (FPSO)
  • Petroleum shore storage facility and terminal
  • Fully refrigerated and pressurized LPG shore storage facilities and terminal.

All the models are designed so that if operating in a multi station environment they can be linked together to enable direct ship/ship or ship/terminal operations to be simulated.

In addition to the above models, new models can be developed to customer request, to suit specific installations both ashore and afloat. Once the required information is obtained it currently takes approx four months for a new ship model to be developed.
