WISE Operations

Introduction

WISE Operations provides a customized version of 'WISE Cargo' adapted to suit a specific installation or vessel. As such it provides a complete integrated environment for both the training of personnel in all aspects of the handling of liquid cargoes in a particular ship or shore installation and the provision of a tool upon which specific operations or procedures can be tested and evaluated without risk to a vessel or shore installation.

The system is PC-based and hence when loaded onto a laptop computer will allow complete freedom as to when and how cargo training or evaluation can be undertaken.

• Detailed and effective assessment of cargo handling procedures, plant operation and performance enabling the evaluation of improved procedures leading to a commercially competitive fleet/ship operation.

In addition to all the functionality offered by WISE Cargo, the system includes a detailed simulation model of all the systems relating to the cargo system on a specific vessel or plant as decided by the customer. The model thence developed will allow the program operator full control of all the various items included within such a system including valves, pumps and monitoring equipment. The models will be sufficiently detailed to allow all the cargo operations normally undertaken by such vessels or installations to be simulated.
