the performance and safety of critical operations internationally for
more than 30 years. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of MPRI a Division
of L-3 Communications Corporation, whose annual sales for 2002 were in

Between 1972 and 1978, Ship Analytics built a reputation on consultation
and system design for training programs and technologies. Long-range
research programs were performed for the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Maritime
Administration and the U.S. Navy to improve the effectiveness of simulator
training.
As a result of developing a number of successful prototype systems,
Ship Analytics evolved into a designer and manufacturer of maritime training
simulators competing effectively in the global marketplace. Ship Analytics'
product lines are all based upon the following premise: real
time simulation of complex operational systems designed to improve training
and operational effectiveness.
Today, Ship Analytics is a world leader in this high-tech market. We
have placed hundreds of simulators throughout the world and, although
our products are technologically sophisticated, they are user friendly.
