Dear Mike,

As you know I have just ended a nine year tour as President of Bridgerland Training Association, a six county and two state association. While I am still a sergeant with Cache County Sheriff’s Office my assignment has changed and I can no longer be involved with the association.

About three years ago we acquired three of your Patrol Sims that we house in two trailers. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you personally for the outstanding assistance that you have rendered us during this time. You, the company you represent, but more importantly the Patrol Sim is and are truly outstanding! The Patrol Sim is a valuable tool in training law enforcement officers in emergency vehicle operation! We use it all the time and just don’t know how we got along with out it and would be lost if we were to loose it. The support that you have provided has been without complaint. Usually we have been able to solve the problem and get the Patrol Sim up and going again with just a phone call, the computer to computer interface via the net works well and complements the phone call.

I have no complaints and can whole heartedly recommend the Patrol Sim to anyone in law enforcement or the entire emergency services arena. It would be of advantage if all government agencies that have vehicles were to run all their drivers through a course on the simulator at least once a year.

You have a truly outstanding product and service.
